Low Body Weight, Acne On Face. History Of Having The Habit Of Masturbation. Guide For Weight Gain

Iam a 25 year old boy and still unmarried. My weight is just 51kg.i' ve tried a lot of things to gaining weight but nothing happend. One more thing i want to tell u sir that i used to do masturbates a lot till the age of 24. I've stopped doing masturbation now but i think this weakness in my body is all bcoz of excessive masturbation that i did. I've got acne problem also on my face. Cud it be a problem of hormones imbalance bcoz my height is also not too high its just 5ft 4.5inchs. I just want to gain weight in any cost sir. Pls help me out it will be a great favour from you.

Hello dear,

First of all, please do not make hurry in gaining weight.
The metabolism of the body functions at its normal rate & any measures taken to hasten up this process can be harmful.

Regarding masturbation, it is a normal physiological process & does not have any physical or mental effects.
The acne are caused due to blockage of sebaceous glands on face with super-added infection. It can be taken care by benzoyl peroxide & a course of antibiotics. Kindly consult a Dermatologist for the same.

Moreover, you should not compromise on regular exercise & routine healthy food such as:
1. Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etc.
2. Avoid oily and junk food.
3. Stay away from smoking & alcohol.

Despite these measures, if you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule other causes of underweight.
Investigations like complete blood count, thyroid profile, estimation of blood sugar level will be helpful to rule out any chronic infection, hormonal and metabolic causes.

Your problems are not related to masturbation at all.
Weight of person depends upon many thing like diet,genetics,life style etc.
5ft 4.5inchs height is normal height.You shouldn't be so worried.You should satisfy with your height because it is beyond your control.
For weight gain you should take nutritious diet,do exercise and lead happy life.
Acne are due to hormonal changes in adult life.If it is excessive,you should consult skin specialist.
