Low Bone Density. Alendronic Acid 70mg Taken. Healing Time?
Morning, Some years ago I made an informed choice not to take bi-phosphates for osteoporosis. Low bone density for years, yet never had a fracture. Last week my GP suggested I try the alendronic acid weekly tablets 70mg. I took one and the side effects have been horrendous. Do you have an idea as to how long it would take the body to dispose of all of this poison? I'm a fit healthy active 60 year old female. Thank you
