Low Hemoglobin, No Periods, Not Pregnant. Reason For No Periods?

heloo a lady aged 31 with only 1 child just recently checked my HB n i was found with 8.4, i was supposed to get my periods on 9 april but today is 11 april and i hv nt yet get periods. am sure am nt pregnant cause i hv not practised sex for more than a year. could the cause be low HB. thnx looking forward for your quick reply

Hi,
Your hemoglobin level is too low.
This might be the cause of not having period.
Or if it comes flow might be less.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Try to find out the cause of having anemia like worms, malnutrition or any chronic blood from body like, piles, internal chronic blood loss etc.
Take high protein diet.
Take iron, folic acid and other multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
