Lower Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Fever. Ct Showed Ovarian Cyst, Urine With Oxylate Crystals. Suggestions?

At Er with low abdominal pain and low back pain yesterday. Labs normal, ct of bad showed rt ovarian cyst large and urine had oxylate crystals. Sent home. Tis morning intermittent sharp pain lasting approx 30 sec. Now low grade fever and headache. Gen malaise. Hx of diverticulitis 2 rejections, gall bladder removed, pancreatitis caused by placement of bile duct stents. What now

Now the only way before you to go for investigation to find out the cause of pain and fever, looking history, urinary tract infection is likely, so in my opinion the UTI should be treated first, and to confirm this urine analysis has to be done, with culture sensitivity test, take good care.
