Lower Back Stiffness, Painful. Shoulder Pain. What Should I Do?
Hi there. My name is Olive R. And I am a 13 year old female who has had some problems. For about a year, my lower back locks up and I seriously can't move when that happens. I have to push through a horrible pain to get out of it. My mother has been telling me, we'll, nothing. I think she thinks I'm lying, but it really hurts and the pains come at random! This also happens in the shoulder area every now and again. What should I do? Is this serious? Should I see a doctor?
Dear friend yo should have given the detailed history like any fever and its duration, pain and its duration, any history of any prolonged disease in the family.
I can make out with the history given by you that probably you are developing some type of muscular spasm in your back muscles off and on. And this all could be because of some nerve irritation originating from the vertebral column.
I would like to advice to please consult some orthopedic surgeon, who after examining you, may advice to go for some investigation like Xray Or MRI spine to know the exact cause. and accordingly he will treat you with medication like muscle relaxant or some physio .
Hope your query is answered with your satisfaction.
Thanks
