Lower Stomach Pain, Bloating, Back Pain. Had Miscarriage Last Month. UTI?

hello im 22 years old and i experienced my first miscarriage last month and i missed my follow up appointment because i thought i expelled everything myself. For the past couple days i having sharp lower stomach pains, bloating, and back pain. The pain increases when i take use pressure to use the bathroom. I really dont want to sit in the e.r for hours for them to tell me i have a UTI. Does my symptoms point towards this or something more?

thanks for your query.
IT is a must to have a follow up appointment after a miscarriage.
This is important to rule out retained products of conception.
If they are undiagnosed, they can lead to florid pelvic infection, uterine scarring and other complications.
You could easily take a urine routine microscopic and culture test to exclude a UTI.
But please finish your follow up to rule out infection in the pelvis due to retained tissue.
