Lump Above Knee On Bottom Part Of Hamstring, Bruising, Brown In Color. Does Lot Of Running. Any Ideas?

Hi I do plenty of running and after my run yesterday, I started to stretch my hamstring out and noticed a lump just above the knee on the bottom part of the hamstring. There isn't much pain while walking, just a little tender. However, over night some bruising has appeared and has turned a brown color. Is this just a lump that could disappear over time?
