Lump At V End Towards Left Rib Cage. And I Am Also Having Fatigue

Hi, I am female, 43 years, no history of medical illnesses. I have a small sort of lump / cyst at the v end towards the left rib cage which sometimes causes a feeling of uneasiness, pressure , etc. Any idea what it could be? I do not suffer weight loss , have great appetite, in general good health and energetic. Sometimes feeling of fatigue comes in which I gathered would be due to work pressure etc.. Please comment
