HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be a esophagitis because of reflexes from gastric region, this is very typical symptoms of GERD ( Gastric esophageal reflex disease ), this will get alright with the treatment of proton pump inhibitor "Omeprazol" would be drug of choice along with "Domperidone" have these at evening time for six weeks, avoid taking coffee alcohol smoking prior to bed time, have lot of alkali diet, keep your stress level low it will be alright have nice day.(Omeprazol 40 mg Domperidone 10 mg)
