Lump In Front Shoulder, Tender, Feel Bruised, Veins Protruding. Soreness Spreading. Cure?
My upper right front arm is very tender feels bruised but not discoloring also there is a lump on the front of right shoulder and feels like a thick vein is protruding also and very sore to touch pain goes up to where my bra shouldler strAp sits in the area where your arm socket joins your torso I haven't lighted anything heavy. The soreness started in a small spot but seems to be spreading through the arm

Presence of tenderness, swelling and soreness indicates an Inflammatory swelling.
An xray of the involved part is necessary to rule out any bony pathology. A few hematological investigations are also needed to establish an inflammatory cause.
Biopsy of the swelling will confirm the diagnosis.
In the meantime,
* Give rest to the inflammed area and avoid activities that causes pain
* Ice pack the area once in 2-3 hours
* Local application of an antiinflammatory gel may be of help
* Use an Elastic compression bandage around the swollen area
* Analgesic medications like Advil or Aleve will help in reducing the inflammation.
If your symptoms are not resolving, consult an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and management.
