Lump In Groin, Bleeding On Top. Had Hysterectomy. Anything To Worry?

hello yes i have been in a lot of pain and few things are going on. For starts i had a hysterectomy in 2010 and about a week i felt this big round ball looks like a cherry it hurt to sit touch pretty painful. now in my left side my grion area i have a lump that is very pain for and i feel like crap. Plus on top of that i have bleeding as will plus crohns on top of it. should i be worried

From your description it appears to be lymph nodes in the groin. Is the red thing at the scar of previous surgery? If yes then it could be granuloma.
Consult a General Surgeon who will diagnose it with good clinical examination.
