Oncologist, Radiation 's  Response
Hello;
Welcome to healthcaremagic.

According to your pathology report it is ductal carcinoma, most common type of breast caner .Although receiving a diagnosis of cancer can be very daunting , you need to cope with it and fight the disease.
The good news is due to better treatment options, breast cancer mortality rates are declining and women are living longer with breast cancer. You need to consult your oncologist immediately.
They will do some further tests if needed and start treatment. Treatment will be combination of one or more madalities including surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,hormonal drugs and molecular targeted therapy.

Best wishes

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Siddartha's  Response
Hello
welcome to health care magic
Regarding your FNAC report it was the ductal cell carcinoma..
It is the most common of all breast cancers..

Depending upon the size,extent and presence of lymphnodes in the axilla your surgeon will decide the mode of treatment..
Now a days because of chemotherapy death due to breast cancer is declined..
Depending upon the presence of estrogen receptors in the cancerous tissue your oncologist can give you chemotherapy in addition to surgery..
Consult surgeon or oncologist for further suggestions and treatment..
Dont delay in treatment.
Have a speed and fast recovery
