What Are The Side Effects For Using Infra Red Therapy After The Surgery For Ductal Carcinom In Situ?
HI, is far infrared therapy using the biomat good to use after surgery? I have suspected ductal carcinoma in situ. Doctor said I may undergo radiation therapy after surgery but I don't want to go ahead with this due to the side effects. I am 59 years of age, quite healthy until I found a stain on my bra. I have been using Elanra therapeutic ioniser in the last three months and it made me really feel good and happy. I also use the biomat amethyst infrared technology, started two weeks ago, for my blood circulation and muscular pains and I found that it has relieved me of my pains and I feel happier. thank you Beth
Infrared therapy should not affect your breast cancer.
However the evidence shows that like UV light, infrared damages your skin. If your infra red therapy emits IR light you need to limit your IR exposure.
If the Infrared light is totally contained and only heats the water without exposing then there is no problem.
The infrared rays from a sauna do not penetrate that deep and would have no effect on breast implants even if they did.
