Lump In The Thigh And Twitching Of Thigh Muscle. History Of Surgical Removal Of Fatty Lump In Arm. Serious?

Hi there, I noticed a lump in my right thigh a few months ago, but then forgot about it. But it got a big bigger so I told my family docotor, she examined me and has scheduled a ctscan for next week. At nights when i sleep, I get twiching of my right thigh miscle and starting couple of days ago, I actually feel the lump in my body. Before that I only found it by accident when i touched my thigh. So, I am a bit worried if this is something serious (like cancer) or just a faty tissue. I am 43 year old male. I had a fatty lump in my right arm when I was 28 yr old. It was removed with a small surgery. When i touch it, it feels similar to that one except this on in my thigh seems to be deeper under my skin. Thanks for any advice.

Well, without clinical examination it is difficult to find out exact cause of swelling. Possibilties should be considered include Lipoma, cyst. Growth from underlying connective tissue.I suggest you to get it evaluated by orthopaedician and treatment plan according to that.
