Lump On Back Of Neck, Dizziness, Hurts To Touch

I have a lump on the back of my neck on the left, it does not hurt and the skin can move easily over it. I ve had it for around 6 years but I just noticed it got a little bigger. If I keep touching and pressing it, it ends up hurting, I also feel a little dizzy if I press or touch it for a while. Besides that no other problem. I always go to my annual checkups and blood test are fine.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
probably it is lipoma (tumor of fat) or a sebaceous cyst.
These are benign lesion which can persist for prolonged duration without any problem.
But if it become symptomatic (pain, redness, discharge) then it is better to treat.
only a simple surgery is enough for it.
take care.
