Lump On Collar Bone, Chest Pain, Neck And Back Pain

I have a lump on the left side of my chest on my collar bone . About 2 inches from my throat. Went to ER and had a chest x-ray done. The found nothing and sent me home. Pain persist in my chest, neck and back, and even my head. Family physician ordered a CT scan and I am waiting for results. Any suggestions as to possible diagnosis?

hi..
if u could ve told any accompanying symptoms apart from pain it would help in forming a diagnosis...
my advice is to get a FNAC(fine needle aspiration cytology)of the lump..as it gives a clear cut diagnosis...the possibilities can be a Lipoma, sebaceous cyst or an ectopic thyroid ...my advice is to get an FNAC plus a thyroid function test..
hope u get well soon
