I found a lump on the entrance of my vagina its the size of a pea maybe littler it don t hurt not painful at all should I be worried

Yes, any unexplained or non inflamatory growth anywhere in the body should be thoroughly investigated especially in the absence of pain. But remember it could be something as harmless as a sebaceous cyst in which case it should be drained by a surgeon.
