Lump On The Mid-left Back Of The Neck, Pain While Moving Head

My six year old daughter has a lump on the mid left bn\ack side of her neck , says it hurts and feels yucky when she moves her head a certain way. doc says dont worry but I am worried. what type of Doc can check for a more involved diagnosis than just feeling the lump without further testeing like her doc did?

That could be a lipoma, fibroma, or a seborrhoeic cyst or a cyst herniating outside from spinal chord. you may require an examination and x-ray neck to rule out the exact cause of that. First of all I need to exaine that online? areyou ready for Video conference over Skype???
