Lump On Thigh. Why Is It Getting Bigger? Why Does It Pain?
I have i lump on the outer side of my left thigh on the lower half around the knee . It did not bother me at first but now it has been a few months and has gotten a lot bigger and painful went for a ultra sound and found nothing my dr is now sending me for a MRI next week and i am very worried and in pain what could this be??

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
you might be suffering from furuncle.
It is a deep bacterial infection.
Take a course of antibiotics.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine.
Hot fomentation is also good,
It helps in accumulation of pus, which can be drained later.
