i got hit hard in my thigh on a hot sunny day and I got a lump in my thigh cuz I got hit in it hard and a badly could not walk my hold right thigh WAs swold this happen like a month ago and 2 weeks and it still hurt when I try to raise my leg up and I can't run at all on it I I have like a different feeling in my knee to!
I am so sorry to hear about what what you are experiencing with your thigh. These symptoms warrant a close investigation to make sure you didn't sustain a muscle tear. The lump may just be the retracted part of a torn muscle. And because muscles are responsible for movements, you would have extreme difficulties doing this. Pains would also be present. i will suggest that you get evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon and if you are cleared of any acute injuries that may be aggravated by physical therapy, then please consider doing rehabilitation exercises with a physiotherapist. For now, some pain medications like Ibuprofen and paracetamol would be of great help for the pains.
I hope you find this helpful and it addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD
