lump in neck . Last february, sever fever, tiredness, chills, woke with extreme dizziness and vomiting . Thought was the flu . symptons decresed but still have lump. Its more of a burning sensation and is larger and seems to be going to my upper chest. also sewwling in the inside of legs around knees with rediness. numbness in hand, feet and sweeling. Always cold and tired
