Lump With Burning Sensation In The Neck. Fever, Chills, Dizziness And Vomiting. Flu Symptoms? Have Numbness In Hand And Feet With Swelling

lump in neck . Last february, sever fever, tiredness, chills, woke with extreme dizziness and vomiting . Thought was the flu . symptons decresed but still have lump. Its more of a burning sensation and is larger and seems to be going to my upper chest. also sewwling in the inside of legs around knees with rediness. numbness in hand, feet and sweeling. Always cold and tired

Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of acute upper respiratory tract viral infection with superimposed bacterial infection.
Lump feeling could be due to enlarged tonsils precipitated by persistent infection.
Swelling in legs and redness appears to be separate issue with possibility of localized cellulitis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotic course, decongestants, mucolytics and anti inflammatory.
You should apply hot fomentation at affected knee for faster relief.
Avoid cold drinks and oily foods.
Perform gargles three times in day.
