Lumps In The Vagina With Itching After Intercourse. What Is It?

Hello, sorry to be detailed.. I had sexual intercourse last Saturday night, the next day I had a very itchy perenium..perservierd with it as I also came on my period the day after.. Only spotting for the day as I just came ff the depo injection.. Next day I checked in the mirror and notices a small skin coloured lump between vagina and anus, really itchy... I've applied preparation h thinking its a hem error for two days and still there and still itchy.. What could it be???

Based on your description and your sexually active status, it does sound like a sexually transmitted infection, which has resulted in a genital wart. Usually caused by either HPV (human papillomavirus) or genital herpes.

Of course, we cannot confirm this without physical examination or laboratory investigations, which is why I would advise you to visit a doctor and get diagnosed at the earliest.

In the meantime, please discuss your partners status as well, and request him to get screened. Also, it is very important that you abstain from sexual intercourse till your are diagnosed, treated and infection free.
