Lupus. Have Extreme Pain, Stiffness In Body. On Pain Medication, Lodine. Had Bowel Resection. Could It Be Rheumatoid Arthritis Too?

I have constant pain and at one time it was suggested by a test that it was Lupas, but now when they test me everything is Negative and they look at me like all I want is pain medicine, but without it I cant stand the pain. I take Lodine to break out the stiffness and it helps but I have taken it so long it doesn't do as well for me now, they still are saying Lupas and Rheaumatoid Arthritis. I tried on several occasions to take steroids and they actually make the pain so much worse, what can I do to help out with this pain and and convince them the pain is real? I have had l5 S1 Back surgery and bowel resection that left me in severe pain as well. I need help finding a doctor to understands my pain and will help me. I go to a pain clinic but they don't give enough of pain medication, is there anything else I can do to help my pain?
