MRI Done. What Does The Findings Suggest? Anything To Worry?

Following is the MRI report:
Uterus is enlarged measures 9x8 cm. It shows accurate configuration.
A LARGE WELL DEFINED nodular lesion is seen involving right posterior wall of uterus . it shows predominantly hypointense signals on t2 w1 and measures 7.5 cmx7.Ocmx8.o cm approx . it shows homogenous enhancement on post contrast
scan.
A well defined area of signals alteration appears hyperintense on t1 w1 and t2 w1 in lower utrene signal and cervix suggestive of hematoma (old) it measures 3.7X1.5cm.
Distence between anterior abdominial wall and center of lesion is 8.5 cm.

Few bowel loops are seen lying between uterus and anterior abdominal wall.

Hello.At resonance two lesions are displayed:
1.-Lesion on cervix suggestive of old hematoma is not important.
2.-Nodular Lesion on the right posterior wall of the uterus.
This injury is more important.
You should go to your gynecologist as soon as possible.
He will decide if is necessary to request additional tests to establish the right diagnosis and treatment.I wish you good health.
