MRI Done On 6 Week Old . Little Blood Spots In Brain. What Does The Two White Spots On Scan Means?
my 6 week old daughter had an mri done of her brain because the doctor saw some little spots of blood on her brain in a ct scan . the doctor could not tell me if someone had shaken my daughter so she wanted an mri done of her brain to get a time line. so when the nurse wasnt looking i saw a picture of one of her scans and it had two white spots on it what could they be?
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The two white spots seen by you on the MRI films might not be relevant at all and might be a normal finding. A detailed study of the films is needed to comment about the diagnosis or any pathology. You should wait for the reports to arrive.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
