sir i have a bad habit of hand practice, i am in about to 3/4 year, i m trying to leave it but i can t do it, now from a year i feel pain in my joints and weakness also, if any day i do not do it then it autometicallly release in night, after an hour when i do hand practice the my penis autometically stright agian ....... so plz give me suggestion that wht i do?
