Hi, This type of discharge is usual after a cervical encirclage; partly being due to the procedure itself and partly being due to the progestin supplements that are used. You should strictly avoid intercourse and have regular follow up. If the discharge becomes watery, profuse or if there is any pain, please report the matter immediately to your consultant. Keep a watch on the fetal movements also. Take sufficient rest, do not lift weights, do not strain while passing urine or motion and rest in left lateral position. Hope this helps. Wish you safe motherhood.
