General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The above report is suggestive of Urinary tract infection due to presence of hazy urine, pus cells and rbc. The interpretation of report will also depend on whether the child is circumscised or not.
I would also suggest to get Ultrasound of Kidney, Ureter and bladder done to rule out any abnormality of the urinary tract.
Do get back to me with the details.

Take Care

Best Regards
