Medication To Reduce Bloating, Stomach Pain With Bubbling Noises ?

Friday I felt really bloated and couldn't go for a poo...I went outside for a walk and fresh air but noticed my stomach was really bloated and I was burping eggy burps! After a I ate a small amount of my dinner I was dick and then constant diarrhoea which was liquid! I haven't been sick anymore and then 1pm Saturday the diarrhoea stopped. I still felt weak and tender around the stomach but was able to eat again! However I've now woke up with terrible stomach pains and bubbling noises from my stomach and can't go toilet again :/ what should I do?

Hi. This may really need to visit a ER, undergo clinical examination and injectable medicines and may be IV fluids. A course of appropriate antibiotics may be needed.
