sir,i am suffering with coccygial pain since 4 days.please prescribe the medicines to prevent the pain and give some suggestions.i am 50 yrs old and my weight is about 75.

This type of pains due to defective postures while siting for long time.Change your posture while siting, it should be 90 degree with support to your back.Do hot fomantation and oil massage relieve the pains.

Hi,thanks for query.You can apply local analgesic cream over it,do not sit on hard surface and avoid seating on floor.You can take analgesic that suits you.Use cushion for seating at least for 4-5 days.bye.
