Meet With An Accident, Lower Back Pain. Cure?

Hi,i a accident with my back last winter. i feel on some ice and couldnt talk for 5-10 minutes. the hospital said i was in shock but ever sice then ive had lower back pain . so after 6weeks of my accident i went back to my doctors and tgey suggested do yoga . so i tried that and still the pakn. now after 19months of my accident im still getting these paibs in my lower back. please help stace
