Menopausal. Lower Abdominal And Back Pain, Yellow Urine, No Itching, Burning Sensation During Urination. What Does It Mean?

Hi Dr. A few days ago I felt as if I was trickling ,but without the need to pee. I've been using a pad although I haven't had a period in 14 years. So, I pass clear fluid with some yellow coloring and unpleasant odor. I'm dry since I went through menopause. It doesn't burn, hurt or itch when I do pee. I do however feel pain in my lower abdomen, ovaries and lower back with some pressure.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having atrophic vaginitis due to menopause.
During this period depletion of estorgen level producing atrophic changes and dryness in vagina.
As you have lower abdominal pain and some fowl smelling odor, there might be having some problem in your genital tract.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
Keep local hygine clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
