Menses Regular But Scanty, Was On Contraceptive For Years. What To Do?
hello doc,
I am 29 yrs old, I am experiencing scanty menses from the past 3 months,i did a sonography test...everything is normal. i was actually on contraceptives pills for a few years, but now i have stopped taking it. my doctor says to wait for a month,see how it goes then start treatment...past two months the menses are regular but there is less blood flow and it stays for only one day...please suggest me as what to do?

its because of anovulatory cycles u r having.
