Met Accident, Child Complaining Of Headache, Neck Ache, Pain In Tummy. Remedy?

My nine year old , my baby , and myself were in a car accident yesterday evening. Within a couple hours my oldest was complaining of a headache she woke up this morning with a headache, neck ache, and pain in her tummy and chest I m assuming where the seat belt was .with the speed wewere going it was not high a high impact collision, but she definitely felt it with it being on the passenger rear side where the impact took place as a physician would you recommend having someone take a look over her could there be larger underlying issues I am unaware of

Hello,
welcome to health care magic and
thanks for the question.

Following every accident, an observation should generally be
made by a doctor to rule out the possibility of complications
especially internal hemorrhage which could be slow but gradual
and resulting in fatal consequences if not early identified. Rupture
of certain organs such as the spleen or kidneys could be mild or
stable at the onset and later becoming catastrophic.
However, the duration of the observation depends on the intensity
of the accident and the locations of the body involved etc. Following
evaluation, the the victim might be ask to stay further in the hospital
or could be discharged. Observation should continue after the
discharge and includes observing consciousness, pulse rate, color of
conjunctiva etc.
Thus i will recommend you see a doctor.
Best regards
