Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

From the given description, I feel that there could be an Implant (plate or screws) breakage as a result of metal fatigue that might be causing you constant pain.

An xray of your leg is necessary to assess the status of the implants inside.

I suggest you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for further workup and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
