Middle Aged With Huge Clots During Menstruation, Rotten Flesh Smell , Heavy Flow. What Does It Indicate?

i just turned 50 and have had my period for 3 months super heavy with huge clots some days i have to stay in bed its so bad ..No cramps or pain at all just get dizzy from blood loss it will slow down for a day or 2 then gush out like a river with cots the size of golf balls ..and the smells is of rotten fleshy meat not fishy.. the only way i can describe the smell is just that, when i was in school i worked part time at the county morgue for extra credits i will never forget that smell we would get bodies dead for 4 + days in some cases well this is it to the tee it's like my insides are rotten out..i take 3 showers a day with oatmeal soap eat plain greek yogurt stay way from sweets take my 1 a day vit..i have tried everything but it keeps getting worst i don't have insurance or a job right now...

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I would come up with these possibilities for this type of huge clots from vagina , these includes.
1 Dysfunctional uterine bleeding from the uterine cause. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination of uterus by a gynecologist . Also get in an ultrasound of uterus to rule out any tumor in uterus.
2 Hormonal imbalance occurs when there is interruption of the normal sequence of follicular and luteal phase under the influence of a dominant follicle and its resulting corpus luteum. Diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of progesterone and estrogen hormones along androgen level.
3 Extra uterine cause as from rectum, urinary bladder .Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of lower abdominal organs.
As you are having very severe bleeding so this may develop severe anemia ( dizziness already present) so consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
