Mild Autism, Tiredness, Aggressiveness, Mild Speech Articulation Problem, Sensory Problems. Tests Normal. Previous Strep. Advise?

Hi, my son has mild autism and he's recently been getting sick a lot and sleeps a lot. He's almost 13 years old. he started gaining weight and getting tired a lot at the age of 11 1/2. He dropped out of all activities when he was 12. He just recently joined an after school club and likes it. He lost the extra weight because he lost his appetite from being sick a lot and his energy rebounded a little. But he's not as energetic or engaging as he was when he was younger. He's also more aggressive and says things that are disturbing when he's angry. He was checked for Mono and his thyroid Christmas of 2012 when the symptoms got really bad. Negative for both. His diet is GAPS diet, mostly, but we have had some "cheats" on the diet in the past few years. He sees a regular counselor and has not been diagnosed with depression or anything. He just can't wake up sometimes in the morning for school. He does much better after he sleeps, but if I send him to school really tired he sometimes tunes out for most of the day and he more rarely has a meltdown. He recently had strep and took a course of antibiotics. The sleepyness got much worse after this. He does not have a fever. Might he still have strep? Or could this be just hormones? He's gotten some secondary sexual charateristics, but hasn't hit full puberty yet. He's at about 95% in height and weight. He's above average intelligence but still has a mild speech articulation problem and mild learning disabilities, like dislexia and auditory processing problems, sensory problem, problems with organizing himself. This was his first round of antibiotics in 18 months. no skin rashes, cough, fever, discharge, nothing indicating he's sick. he's had the Eliza allergy test done, about a year and a half ago, and all high and medium allergen foods were removed from his diet. Thanks for your suggestions.
