Mild Cramps And Tender Breasts But No Periods. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Is Wrong ?

It has been 47 days since my last cycle. I have been off the pill for about 7 months now. I have mild cramps here and there but no period. My breast feel tender at times, and ive notice i have been going to the bathroom more than i normally do. I just took a HPT and it came back negative. Im basically 17 days late so is the HPT accurate??

Repeat HPT after 3 days ,take anti-inflammatory paracetamol twice a day and drink plenty of water. This is because of hormone imbalance estrogen and progesterone.Get routine abdomen o pelvic scan .
