Mild Pain Near Anus, Constipated. Treatment ?

Respected Sir, I am having pain near anus . It is a mild pain. It is for the first time I am having this type of pain. I also have the problem of constipation . It takes 45-50 minutes for me in toilet, but after that its normal and i feel completely relaxed. But sitting in toilet for 45-50 minutes is annoying. The stool passes generally when i exert normal pressure but atleat once or twice i have exert high pressure to release the stool. Now today this pain near anus has worried me a lot. SIR i must admit that i m afraid and tensed. Though it is not paining extensively but still. Another thing, I do not have itching problem. The stool is clear and no blood is coming out. Sir please solve my problem. And also suggest some treatment so that it take 10-15 minutes in toilet and not 45-50 minutes. If possible give me guideline of how to start my day i.e routine.

hello

thanks for choosing healthcare magic

The pain around your anal region is most probably due to straining at stools .

I suggest you follow a healthy diet to avoid constipation . you should eat food containing lots of fibres in them . you should also drink plenty of water . eat fruits if possible .

Try not to strain at stools as this could lead to hemmorhoids.

In case your symptoms are not relieved with these simple steps then take

Syp Duphlac 15 ml at bed time for about a week

But be sure not to over use this medication

hiee rocky...just relax.. dont put too much pressure.. rather visit the loo when you feel pressure... you need to start walks/ jog to improve bowel movement..eat high fiber foods like salads, fruits, nuts, veggies, oats, brown rice.. avoid refined and processed foods.. drink 2-3 cups green tea/ day.. drink plenty of water as it helps makes the stools soft.. take yakult daily as it improves digestion..sleep well.. be positive..
