Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild tingling and numbness restricted only to one foot with mild swelling is likely to be related to a nerve root irritation at the level of spinal cord. Usually the symptoms improve with methylcobalamin supplements.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
