Missed Periods. Pregnancy Test Came Negative. Any Chances Of Getting Pregnant?
My wife Last menus date : 18-sep-2013 , but till not coming regular period. I checked self diagnosis for pregnancy test that shown negative, after that check urine HCG on 24-10-2013, but the result shown negative, then i go for serum beta hcg on 27-10-2013, result is 0.1mIU/ml.
I want know i wife have pregnant or not.
we have 1.5 yrs older boy baby but before that three miscarrying

Three pregnancy tests including serum beta Hcg testing declared it to be a non pregnant stage. Still if you have doubt, pelvic ultra sonographic scan will be confirming.
some times menses get delayed due to stress/ strain,illness,weakness. Sometimes hormonal imbalance disturbs it.
Once you are satisfied with the diagnosis, take your wife to a Gynecologist for regulating her menstrual cycle. She will need few investigations like routine blood testing, hormonal assessment,pelvic sonography for ovulation study.
After evaluation of the case, doctor will suggest specific treatment as per need.
regular menstrual cycle & ovulation are minimum things needed on woman's part ,for conception.
