Missed Periods. Took Norgest. Not Pregnant. Under Stress And Loss Of Appetite. Reason?

sir i skipped my periods last month.. and the date passed this month too... i took a course of norgest for 5 days.. twice a day...
how many days more will my periods take to come? i am not pregnant or something.. i am a 20 year old girl.. i had been going through a lot of stress lately n loss of appetite... what could b the possible reason of delayed periods?

If you had unprotected intercourse, you should check for the pregnancy.

You may consult gynecologist for expert examination and advise.

Stress is known to delay menses. So you should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management. Doctor may advise you to take anti depressant drugs like sertraline or escitalopram or amy offer counselling.

Stress management and relaxation exercise like breathing exercise may be of good help.
