Missed Periods After Sex During Fertility Window, Sharp Cramping In Lower Abdomen, Fuller Breasts. Pregnant ?

i am 30 year old, helathy indiviual with good diet and proper weight, we are trying for baby for last 3 months. my last period was on 08/06/2013 and my cycles are always regular of 30-31 days. I have never missed any period in my entire life.
I know I ovulated (i used o-prediction kits), and we had sex few during the entire fertility window. Now i have missed my period by 2 days, but my pregnancy test came out negative. i have mild cramping and some time sharp cramping in lower abdomen on left side only form last three days. Today (8th sep) when i went to restroom everytime i wipe to clean i see some pinkish blood spot ,but its not like period. i am confused, I really want to get pregnant ASAP. also the cramping is different from periods, and also I feel fuller breasts. I would really appreciate if you can help me.

As there is no regular period and you feel symptoms of having pregnancy there might be chances of having pregnancy.
You gone for test too early so it has no value.
If you do not get period then go for pregnancy test after 7-8 days passed of your expected date of period.
