Missed Periods After Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Is Happening ?

Hi

I missed my period for two now I guess . Last period was 6 September 2013 . I had unprotected sex on the 10 Oct 2013. 3 pregnancy tests show negative . I took flygly pills and now I am spotting blood which is odourless and not pain full . What could be going on with me ?

Negative pregnancy tests rule out possibility of pregnancy to a great extent but its better to get serum bhcg as well as ultrasound done to be sure...and the bleeding could be menses and not spotting of pregnancy. .
