Missed Periods, Brown Discharge, Grown And Dark Nipples, Sickness, Headache, Abdominal Pain, On Pill. Pregnant?

Hi, I'm 18 and sexually active. I've been off birthcontrol pills since April 2013 and had normal periods since then... Until July where I had two periods? Normal period was on July 1st -4th and two weeks later I had a really messy period that lasted a whole week. I've been having sex unprotected through out the whole month or July. And I missed my period in August I started spotting brown but only when I wiped and that continued into September and some blood came not a normal period tho. I hardly ever start my periods with brown discharge. Anyways since the middle of August ad the entire month of September I had pregnancy symptoms. Breast grown, tenderness, dark circles around nipple, fatigue, morning sickness, also flutters/tugging sensations in my lower abdomen also by belly button. Just a few days ago I didn't have any symptoms at all anymore(except headaches and flutters) and started spotting and not some mild bleeding. I feel nauseous and still feel flutters. Is there a possibility I'm pregnant? Or what Is going on????

Hi,
Your symptoms relate more to a hormonal imbalance than to pregnancy. Yet, you should exclude/confirm the presence of pregnancy through the serum beta-hCG estimation as urine test would be of less value in your case. Also, get a trans-vaginal sonogram to rule out any pelvic causes of the bleeding. Please get a physical exam with a specialist and get further help. Local causes of the spotting also must be ruled out. If pregnancy is the cause, you should be evaluated for the viability and if you wish to retain it, proper care is very much needed. Hope this helps.
