Missed Periods, Not Pregnant, No Pregnancy Symptoms. Negative Pregnancy Test. Medication To Start Periods?
My wife now missed her period. Last month it was on 8th september. Today is 17 th october till its not come. But she is not pregnant. Pregnancy test kit results negative on today mornig. Pregnancy symptoms are also not there. So what medicine we can use to start pregnancy. We are XXXX. So please give the name of the medicine whice is available in XXXX market.

If your wife's test for pregnancy is negative and still no periods, please get an ultrasound of the pelvis done
If all the findings are normal then appropriate medications can be given
