Missed Periods Since Episode Of Heavy Menses, Negative Pregnancy Test, Taken Primolut, No Advancement. Advice?
hi doctor, i had severe bleeding last may...i had all the check ups- ultra sound , papsmear and everything were normal..end of June, i had my 4 day regular period..but since then i have not had my period yet..so its more than 3 months without period already..i did pregnancy test , and it was negative..i went to my OB gyn and i was prescribed to take primolut for 10 days, 2x a day; i haven t taken it though cuz im still hoping that my regular period will come soon..i am 43 yrs old already...please advise..thank you and God bless!

YOU have to take primoult to get your period.
it may be premenopausal .
check your FSH,LH levels .if it is high it is menopause.
if you dont want to take tab wait for 3 more months.
if you dont get period for 6 months consider it as menopause.
