Hi. I'm 29 days late. I had twins 5 months ago. In the meantime I have had two regular periods. But now it's very late. Also I'm bleeding from the rectum. I hate hemmroids from pregnancy but I'm not sure if that's causing the bleeding. I have taken three pregnancy test and all were negative but I have signs of pregnancy. Please help very confused!!

Hello
Thanks for your query.
if you had haemorrhoids during pregnancy, most probably that is causing the rectal bleeding.
Other common causes could be anal fissure or anal fistula.
It is essential to have a gynecological exam and make sure.
also, it is common to have erratic periods after childbirth, particularly if you are breastfeeding.
As three pregnancy tests have been negative, i think pregnancy is conclusively ruled out.
you can consider starting birth control - it will help to regulate cycles too.
Take care.
