Missing Periods For 2 Months. Normal Ultrasound, Prescribed Primolut, Done With Primolut. Advice?

Hi i am 23 year 70 killos. Since too months i didnt get my periods, so i consulted a doctor. She did ultrasound to check my uterus. It was fine then she priscribed me for primolut n some tests. I did those tests my WBC is 35-40 and epith.c is + and my LH is 13.7. I am worried alot, can you tell me why i still cant get my periods? N by the way by yesterday i am done wit my primolut 5 days priscription...

Thanks for posting your query.
Your investigations & weight are indicating towards polycystic ovarian syndrome due to which you are having irregular period.
You will get your period 3-4 days after 5 days course of primolut-n.
However first line of treatment of PCOS is weight reduction.
So have a regular exercise & reduce your weight.
