Missing Periods, Negative Pregnancy Tests. Opinion?

I'm really really worried about my current situation and hoping to hear your suggestions, comments and thoughts!
Problem: Haven't had a period for 42 days (Last one was on 23 july 2013 the intercourse was on whole month twice a day ). Pregnancy test showed negative Beta Hcg less than 1.020 IU/L.
I'm in this extremely worrying status right now and hoping I am not pregnant and trying to figure out what is going on with my body

PLEASE HELP! Any thoughts or comments are welcome!

Thank you and GREATLY appreciated!!!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Extreme stress can cause the delay in periods without pregnancy like you are having. You can consult your gynecologist and get some hormonal pills prescribed for a withdrawal bleeding.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
